Your data privacy is at the core of our workspace architecture. Discover how we protect your operational updates, uploaded files, and client communication records.
Rather than forcing clients to complete password registration templates, Axione provisions dedicated client portals using secure, mathematically random UUID cryptographic hashes. These hashes are extremely long, completely unguessable, and act as secure portals. It is your responsibility to share these private links only with authorized client members.
All transactional records (progress updates, invoice statements, connected tool links, file metadata, comments) are stored securely in our Supabase PostgreSQL databases with Row Level Security (RLS) fully enabled. We isolate workspaces so that cross-tenant data queries are rejected at the database engine layer.
When a new client is invited or milestone approvals are submitted, email transactions are coordinated through the Resend API. We pass only the absolute necessary email address and coordinate secure redirection links to process the operational notification. No personal or project data is shared with external third-party advertisement brokers.
We believe in visual calm and developer privacy. We do not use noisy marketing trackers, third-party screen recorders, or telemetry trackers. Your workspace details remain exclusively yours.
We employ standard local cookies and local session states strictly to maintain secure Supabase freelancer authentication parameters and coordinate dashboard previews. No advertising, targeting, or profiling cookies are ever dropped onto your or your client's viewports.
