Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. By provisioning an Axione workspace or sharing secure client portal links, you agree to govern your client operations under these legal parameters.
1. Workspace Provisioning & Scope
Axione grants registered users a non-exclusive, revocable, and secure license to provision custom business workspaces. As a freelance operator or agency manager, you are solely responsible for ensuring the correctness of the registered client emails and the access credentials associated with your workspace database.
2. Milestone Sign-offs & Approvals
When a client logs an approval sign-off inside their dynamic UUID portal, this action represents a binding transactional verification of project milestones. Axione logs the timestamp, approval comments, and related user context. The freelance operator remains responsible for all external project executions, revisions, and deliveries.
3. Razorpay Payments & Billing Operations
All invoice links generated through our workspaces coordinate directly with Razorpay’s payment APIs or your custom billing profiles. Axione acts strictly as the visual layout layer that binds these payment gateways. We do not process, intercept, or assume liability for card details, transactions failures, or invoicing disputes.
Enterprise-Grade DB Guarding
All client workspaces are securely isolated under Supabase PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). Direct anonymous database overrides are rejected entirely by default.
4. Termination & Link Revocation
You maintain the absolute right to revoke, deactivate, or delete client portals and connected resource links instantly inside your dashboard command center. Axione reserves the right to suspend workspaces in the event of payment failures, platform abuse, or fraudulent activities.
